It’s here! The 2026 Pantone Quilt Challenge officially kicks off today! If you’re just learning about the challenge or need a reminder:

- No judges or prizes this year, but you’ll be eligible for a woven quilt label — and we welcome donations to help offset the cost of those labels.

All participants are free to work at their own pace, and the link-up will be open April 20-27. If you need some additional prodding and/or motivation, the prompt for Week 1 is below.
Week 1 – Inspiration
If you are following our timeline, this week is all about inspiration! We know quilters draw inspiration from wide and varied sources — from nature to architecture to home decor and more. What’s making the wheels in your own head start spinning these days, and how does Cloud Dancer fit in? We’d love to hear about the inspiration for your project and any design considerations you’re thinking about.
